Hippocratic AI agents
Voice agents that phone patients for hospitals, insurers and drug companies: check-ins, screening reminders, intake and appointment scheduling.

Why 4: its agents make patient calls such as follow-ups and check-ins without a clinician on each call and escalate to nurses; they do not diagnose or prescribe, so they stop short of a 5.
What it does. Hippocratic AI sells a catalogue of non-diagnostic agents to providers, payors and pharma. They make calls such as post-discharge follow-ups, medication-adherence check-ins, screening outreach and intake, and escalate patients to nurses. The company says about 0.5% to 1% of live calls are sampled for safety review.
Where it falls short. The company says its agents do not diagnose or prescribe and it will not build agents for hospice, mental-health disorders or children under two. Its safety figures (over 250 million interactions, zero reported incidents of harm) are company-reported and we have not verified them independently.
